Why am I writing this?
Both Jackie and I are trying to find out as much information on the sweating subject as possible, hence we have created this informative website with further articles for you to read about sweating in general. When I was thinking about buying the Stop Sweating and Start Living book, there weren’t many real reviews around, so I thought I’d write one to help you make the right decision yourself.
But, be warned! I’ll be going into both the good and the bad points, so if that’s something you might not want to hear, then you may as well leave now.
The Authors History
The author Mike Ramsey had a battle with extreme underarm sweating in high school and it caused
frustration and problems for him. At the age of 27 he also suffered from the same problem at work. As he had to interact with his co-workers for 8 to 10 hours a day, he was embarrassed with his problem, and it made him lose confidence each and every week.
He suffered from low self esteem and became desperate and wanted to find a solution. Mike also said he avoided meetings and social events like dancing, dates and parties.
No matter what he did to rectify his sweating problem he could not find a solution to help with his body
odour, ruining his clothes, being embarrassed about sweat stains on his clothes. He was constantly anxious about sweating with feelings of no hope and no where to turn …….. he felt desperate.
He finally decided to find a cure and he wanted others to benefit from his knowledge gained.

There are also two other FREE books that come with it, ‘No Sweat’ – The Natural Hyperhidrosis Treatment Program’ which is a thick reference book. It does go into great detail and is a good reference guide.
The second FREE book is just seven pages entitled ‘Overcome Embarrassing Toenail Fungus’ by Benjamin Lynch – it might be useful to someone suffering from this Toenail Fungus condition.
The actual Stop Sweating and Start Living book is quite slim at eighteen pages. To us, this isn’t a problem though, as it is the content that really matters and how well it will cure your sweating problem. I would rather have a short book with the facts than a book just filled with pages and pages of nothing.
If you want a book that is brimming over with content and statements, proof, further reading material etc. then this book is not for you. What is important though is that it addresses the core problem of how to stop and prevent excessive sweating.
Some people have seen results in less than five days but for many, you should see results on average within two weeks. As the writer has suffered with the same sweating problem, he does speak in plain easy to understand language, but he speaks with authority due to suffering from the same condition.
Where people have tried so many different things and not worked, this book does address problems that people have but it gives solutions to many sufferers who have nearly given up.
